Onboard Animation Program - 2010While you travel the open sea aboard the Princess of Acadia enjoy bilingual animated storytelling by New Brunswick Museum (NBM) staff from Canada’s oldest continuing museum. Presentations are 20 - 30 minutes in length on the 8:00 am, 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm sailings.

Through costumed storytelling and intriguing touch objects, NBM staff offer you a chance to learn about the Bay of Fundy’s rich natural science highlighting the diverse array of marine mammals in the Bay including the North Atlantic Right whale, the unique geological formation of the Bay contributing to the world’s highest tides, the fascinating ecology of the Bay producing Fundy fog; and the Bay of Fundy’s rich human history highlighting regional stories about the historic peoples of the Bay of Fundy, shipbuilding and seafaring, fisheries, lumbering and farming and much more!
